Security
We want you to feel safe and secure when shopping at Pomp & Posey on-line store. All sensitive and credit card information is transmitted using Secure Sockets Layer Technology (SSL).

Full credit card information is never transmitted in our email correspondence with you to ensure the privacy and security of your order. Critical information such as credit card numbers are not stored and all personal information is encrypted so that it cannot be read as information over the internet. All ordering information is sent directly to Pomp & Posey and can only be decoded by us.

To help ensure others will not have access to your credit card information while on our website, we urge you to sign off your account and close your browser window when you finished you visit, especially if you are sharing a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place. We advice all shoppers to protect their credit card number and passwords by never sending this information via email. Pomp & Posey’s Get a Little Gorgeous will never ask you for your account password. Of course, if you do not feel comfortable ordering online, please call us during business hours and we will take your order by phone.

Phone Orders

To phone in your order, please call 1-877-590-4438 , Monday thru Friday between the hours of 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (PST). . During other hours, you may leave an electronic voice message and we will call you back. Please be sure to have the specific quantity and title of the item(s)you are ordering, as well as the shipping address where you would like your order sent.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
At Pomp & Posey, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our product collection and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. Attention to design and quality is our top priority. All of Pomp & Posey item(s) are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly provide you with a no hassle merchandise exchange, credit or full refund within 14 days of receipt. Item(s) must be received in original resalable condition & packaging (Which includes the original sealed cellophane) . We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for all orders that are returned. If you return enough of an order that your total drops below a free shipping offer, we will deduct the actual shipping charges from your refund. You will not be refunded shipping unless you return an item(s) that have been damaged. If you wish to exchange an item. Item(s) must be received in original resalable condition & packaging (Which includes the original sealed cellophane) . Shipping cost to and from you will be your sole responsibility. Please call or email us before returning any items. Be sure to include your order information when you return items. Items returned more than 14 days after the delivery date will be shipped back to you at your expense. Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive and process your refund. We will contact you via email to inform you that the refund has been issued.

Please note:
Due to state law, certain items such as bedding and personal care products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable if opened. Drop ship, custom & special orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Jewelry, monogrammed, personalized and sale item(s) (Items purchased at a reduced price) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Special Orders
Special Orders will be charged at time of placing order . Please note: Special orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Special Orders items are not in stock and additional time should be allowed for processing the order; item(s) may take up to two weeks for delivery from the time of order. You will be immediately notified if an item(s) is out of stock. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding when you will receive your order.

Breakage and Damage
If you receive an item(s) that has been damaged in transit it must be reported within 36 hours of the delivery time. You have 36 hours from the time your package is delivered to make any claims regarding breakage. Please retain original shipping package and interior packaging and call our customer service at 1-877-590-4438 to file claim. Damaged item(s) will only be replaced with identical item(s).

Canceling Or Changing an Order
Orders are processed within 24 hours of being received. To make a change or cancel an order, please call us at 1-877-590-4438 as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request. If the order has been processed and shipped you will be responsible for the shipping costs to and from Pomp & Posey.

Gifts

Item(s) that have been received as a gift (paid for by someone other than you) can only be exchanged or returned for a gift credit. Gift credits may be used Pomp & Posey’s getalittlegorgeous.com. Please call customer service for online redemption. We do not accept returns on sale items. All sale item(s) purchases are final.

Order Processing
It usually takes 24 hours (1) business day to process an order before it is shipped by the Shipping Method chosen. Your order should arrive in approximately 2-5 business days after shipping.

Shipping Confirmation
Pomp & Posey will ship all orders with Delivery Confirmation. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number which you use to track your order.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico Delivery
Add $5.00 to the applicable shipping charges. Your order should arrive in approximately 7 to 10 business days after shipping.

International Shipping
Please contact us for shipping quotes, prior to placing orders.

Delivery to Post Office Boxes / APO/FPO
Large and drop ship item(s) are not available to ship to post office boxes, APO and FPO. All deliveries to P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO will be shipped via U.SP.S. Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding when you will receive your order.

UPS
UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and federal holidays. UPS makes 3 attempts to deliver a package, and after the third attempt UPS will call the customer and inform them of their delivery, to prevent complications with your delivery: please make sure to include your most accessible phone number. In the event of an undeliverable package, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the delivery address and will receive a Credit or Refund for the returned Item(s).

Signature Option
The USPS or the UPS ground shipping method does not require your signature unless your order is over $500.00. The shipper will scan your package as it is delivered to your door. You are responsible for your package once it has been delivered. If you are concerned about the security of your package, please make note in the comments field “Signature Required”

Shipping Charge Calculation
Shipping Charges are based on the total value of merchandise before tax or other charges for each delivery address.

Sales Tax
All orders shipped to addresses in the state of California will be subject to a 9.75% sales tax. If your order is shipped to any other state, no sales tax will be added to your order.

Payment Methods
Pomp & Posey accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Your credit card will not be charged until your item(s) are shipped, with the exception of local pickup, drop ship, custom and special orders.

Credit Card Verification Number

This number printed on your card provides a safeguard when making a purchase with your credit card. For Visa, MasterCard and Discover, it is the last three digits printed on the back of the card. For American Express, it is the four digits printed above the account number on the front of the card.
